The year 2009 has been a significant year for GLOBAL and more so, for me, personally. My long cherished dream of establishing a conglomeration of institutes providing a collaborative, comprehensive and multidisciplinary education system to meet the global challenges came true.
From a modest beginning of a single college with 240 students and 25 staff members we have reached an enviable position of having 8 colleges, offering wide number of programs and courses, in just 7 years. More than 71 % of our students have been successfully placed in leading and highly reputed organizations. This stands testimony to our relentless pursuit of excellence while constantly and continuously improving our standards. We have achieved several milestones- be it in academics, skill development, sports, co curricular activities, infrastructure, facilities, environment, culture and social responsibility making Global the premier destination for students not only in MP but in Central India as well.

Mr. Saurabh Baderia, the Chairman of Baderia Groups, is widely known for his roles as a philanthropist, Edupreneur, and healthcare synergist, boasting a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. He is highly regarded for his exceptional leadership abilities and dedication to implementing organizational development strategies in the spheres of healthcare and education. These initiatives have facilitated the accessibility of essential services to millions of underprivileged individuals in the Mahakaushal region. Under his effective leadership, Baderia Groups, a national conglomerate, has established a significant presence in various sectors, including education, healthcare, information technology, infrastructure development, and the hospitality industry. The Baderia Global Institute of Engineering and Management and Baderia Metro Prime Hospital, two prominent entities within the group, are recognized for their excellence in their respective fields and have made noteworthy contributions to the enhancement of societal well-being.
